TULSA, OK -- Big changes could be coming to the corner of 41st and Harvard. The Tulsa Metropolitan Area Planning Commission approved a zoning change for a new shopping center there.
It's the same corner where neighbors shot down a proposed Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market a few years ago.
The new proposal calls for four separate buildings, the biggest of which would be less than 23,000 square feet.
The plan now goes to the city council. If it's approved, this will be the last year Christmas trees will be sold at that corner.
