Walk To School Day Promotes Safety

TULSA, OK -- Walk to School Day got off to a chilly start on Wednesday morning.  The annual event promotes safe walking and bicycling by students.

 Tulsa Police encourage all parents to walk with their kids to school one day to see if any dangers are around.

The event is intended to create safer routes for walking and help kids get active and healthy.
