1 - 3# RUMP ROAST 1 - CUP WATER 2# POTATOES 1 - CUP CELERY 1# CARROTS 1 LARGE ONION SPICE MARKET GREEK SEASONING
Rub greek seasoning all over roast. Place in crock pot. Put onions and celery on top of roast, then potatoes and carrots. Pour 1 cup of water in crock pot and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
You can also cook this roast in a covered pan in a conventional oven at 325 degree for 2 1/4 hours.
