TULSA, OK -- A man who took a gun onto the University of Tulsa campus, pointed it at his former boss and pulled the trigger twice, was sentenced on Monday to 12 years in prison as part of a plea deal.
Prosecutors say Richard Hall meant to kill his former boss, but, the gun misfired.
Hall told The News On 6 in a jail house interview that he never meant to hurt anyone. He pleaded guilty to attempting to kill and having a firearm on school property.
