Touchdown Spread

What's a football game without a table full of snacks?  This week's Get Cookin' has a dip you'll want to try, it is called Touchdown Spread.

Ingredients:
2- 8 oz packages Philadelphia Fat-free cream cheese
¼ cup lime juice
4 oz can chopped green chiles
3 green onions, thinly sliced
1 Tablespoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon pepper
8 ¾ oz can corn (no salt added), drained

Directions:
1. Combine cream cheese and lime juice. Mix until smooth.
2. Beat in chiles, onions and seasonings. Stir in corn.
3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
4. Serve with baked tortilla chips.

Yield: 24, 2 Tablespoon servings

Nutrition information per serving: 30 calories, 3 gm protein, 4 gm carbohydrate, 0.4 gm fat, 122 mg sodium.
