Bus Driver Arrested On Sexual Battery Complaint

SAND SPRINGS, OK -- Sand Springs Police arrest a school bus driver on a sexual battery complaint.

Officers arrested 62-year-old Charles Lloyd Degarmo Thursday afternoon at his home.  He was taken into custody after a 17-year-old Sand Springs student accused him of going to her home, making inappropriate contact and sexual advances.

Degarmo reportedly resigned from his job as a bus driver for Sand Springs Public Schools after the teen reported the alleged incident.
