TULSA, OK -- An eye doctor finally explains why he shut down without warning.
Dr. Ronald Holley says he was left with no other option than to file for bankruptcy after business dropped off. In a letter sent to The News On 6, he says sales slipped by more than 75% in the past year.
Dr. Holley says he couldn't get a loan to stay open and all his patients will get a letter telling them what to do to get back any money they're owed.
