Residents Taking Legal Action Against City

A group called "Who Owns Tulsa?" says it's decided to take legal action against the plan to build a new apartment complex for low income and mentally ill people at 10 North Yale.

Some neighbors want the building to be smaller, others believe it shouldn't be there at all, but all of them are angry because they never had a say in the project.

"Tulsa building lives website says that neighborhoods will be involved in the planning process and we were not involved at all in this process," said White City resident Julie Hall.

The building site is already under contract and zoned. It's supposes to open in 2010.
