Jury Trial Date Set In Murder Of 13-Year-Old

The man charged with killing a 13-year old Tulsa teenager has had his trial date set for March of 2009.

Marquis Bullock, 19, is charged with the death of Cori Baker.

During a Tulsa County District Court arraignment Tuesday, a judge set a March 9, 2009 trial date for Bullock.

The judge also entered a "not guilty" plea for Bullock, who requested a jury trial.

Several months after Cori Baker disappeared, her remains were found in a paintball park in Creek County.
