Former Tulsa school teacher, John Kastner was bound over for trial Friday. He is accused of murdering his wife, Lori, in June.
A Tulsa County District Court judge issued the ruling at the conclusion of Kastner's preliminary hearing.
The preliminary hearing began Monday when two of Kastner's children testified. The hearing was delayed until Friday. When the testimony is done, probably on Tuesday, the judge will decide if there's enough evidence for Kastner to stand trial.
Kastner's stepmother took the witness stand Friday morning. She was asked about a trust fund that Kastner claimed he would receive when he turned 50. She says that is untrue, which he was to get the trust fund when his father passed away.
Kastner's stepmom said that had changed and that Kastner would no longer receive any money.
The lead detective in the case, Jeffrey Felton also took the stand Friday.
