One Of Tulsa's Most Wanted Arrested

The Tulsa Police Department has arrested one of the department's "Most Wanted."

Gwana Scales is behind bars. The 36-year-old is charged with four counts of enabling sexual abuse of a child.

Police say her husband Tommie Ewans is still on the run. He's charged with rape and sexual abuse of a child.
