Murder Charges Filed Against Davis

The man accused of killing two people and trying to kill a third is now charged in the case.

Daniel Davis faces two first-degree murder charges, one charge of shooting with intent to kill and two charges of moving a dead body.     

Davis is accused of shooting, killing, and then dumping the bodies of Martin Marion and Derek Russell in this east Tulsa field last week.  The third shooting victim survived the attack and led police to Davis.

Davis is currently being held in the Tulsa County jail.
