Tulsa Attorney Sentenced

A Tulsa attorney gets a five-year deferred sentence, a one year suspended sentence, and will serve one year at Avalon, a work release program, for his role in a deadly car crash.

Police say Kenneth Morgan was street racing last December when he lost control and hit another car.

The crash killed his passenger, Andre Carolina.
