EUFAULA, Okla. (AP) - A severe thunderstorm packing winds estimated at more than 80 mph descended on a state park in McIntosh County, leaving three people with minor injuries.

The storm struck Saturday afternoon and caused significant damage at Lake Eufaula State Park, located six miles south of Interstate 40 on Oklahoma 150. The storm forced three boat docks to collide about 5:30 p.m., officials said.

Damages were expected to be near $500,000, said Jason Brown, owner of Lake Eufaula Marina Park, where the boats were docked.

"I'm not doing good at all," Brown said. "It's total annihilation."

The strong winds also knocked over three camp trailers, said McIntosh County Emergency Management Director Harry Trottier.

Three people were taken by private vehicles to an area hospital with scrapes and cuts, Trottier said.
