Step-Father Charged In Murder

Prosecutors file charges in a murder unsolved for two years.  Sara Smart's body was found stuffed into a steel drum in a Muskogee County pond.

Now her step-father, Jerry Raney, is charged with first-degree murder.

The district attorney says Raney was the last person to see Smart alive, and that the girl reported Raney had been molesting her for years.

Prosecutors also say Raney threatened to kill others in the exact way Smart died.
