Police Investigate Tulsa's Latest Homicide

Tulsa police are investigating the city's 27th homicide of the year. Police say they found a man shot to death just outside of his vehicle on 36th and Garnett. They say it appears the victim got into an argument Friday night at a bar.

When the victim left to take his friends home, two suspects followed them in a truck. Police say the suspects waited until the car stopped and then shot the victim.

"Whenever he pulled up to drop them off, the carload of the other side of the argument pulled up beside them, fired, hit the victim," said Brett Bailey of the Tulsa Police Department.

Police say the suspect was possibly riding in a black or dark gray Nissan Frontier.
