Two teenagers hit a Tulsa police officer's car just after 3 a.m. on Sunday. The accident happened at the intersection of South Lewis and East Skelly Drive.

The Tulsa Police Department says the police officer was traveling southbound through the intersection, when a truck on Lewis turned left onto Skelly, hitting the officer's car.

Police say the officer smelled alcohol on the 18-year-old driver and on her passenger. Open beer bottles were found inside the truck. The driver, however, passed a breathalyzer and was not given a DUI.

The driver was given several traffic violations, including open containers in a vehicle.
