More Discussion On Drillers Move

A decision on how to pay for the Drillers downtown move could come on Thursday. City councilors are rushing to find solutions to unanswered questions before Thursday night's meeting.

Councilors could approve a tax plan that would bill downtown businesses for part of stadium construction.

Land owners would pay six-and-a-half cents per square foot.

The city says it's only fair since a downtown stadium would bring in more business.
