Wife Turns In Husband

The wife of an Enid resident has turned in her husband after finding child porn in their home.  James Daniel Jr., 49, was arrested after his wife told the Enid Police Department she found several CDs filled with child pornography, police said.

The pictures the wife found contained images of adult men having sex with children, some as young as two-years-old, said Lt. Brian Skaggs with the Enid police.

"From what he said, he was downloading the images via e-mail and then saving them on the discs immediately so they weren't on the computer's hard-drive," Skaggs said.

Daniel is an employee of the Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education, which provides technical classes for inmates among other people. The Department of Correction's Jerry Massey said Daniel is not one of their employees.

Daniel was being held in the Garfield County jail in lieu of a $50,000 bond.
