Man Sentenced To 10 Years For Gang Shooting

LAWTON, Okla. (AP) -- A Lawton man accused of fatally shooting a teenager has been sentenced to 10 years in prison after pleading guilty to a felony count of pointing a firearm.

Prosecutors reached the plea deal with 21-year-old Jackie Antonio Duncan Junior yesterday after they could not find credible witnesses who would cooperate.

Duncan had been facing a first-degree murder charge.
