Teen Blows Up Porta Potty

Muskogee police arrested a teenager after they say he used homemade explosives to blow up a porta potty.

Officers say Ryan Yates faces two counts of arson after he lit a homemade bomb and placed it in a porta potty near a school and blew it up.

They say he also put another lit homemade device into a drop box at a mall and set the box on fire.
