A bank robber gets an early start. Tulsa Police Officer Jason Willingham says the Arvest Bank in the 2500 block of West Edison was robbed on Monday morning.
Police say a man walked into the bank and showed the teller a note that indicated he had a gun. The teller was ordered to open the drawer and give him the money. The teller followed those instructions. And, the robber left on foot.
Witnesses say the robber is a black man, about five-eight and 180 pounds. He was wearing a blue and black jacket, dark jeans, and an orange and white baseball cap with a longhorn logo on it.
If you have any information about the robbery, call Crime Stoppers at 596-COPS.
