Tulsa Ranked One Of Best Bargain Markets

Despite a national drop in housing prices, Oklahoma's value is moving up. MSN lists Tulsa as one of its "Best Bargain Markets in 2008" with a "hopping" economy. Tulsa made the list at number nine.

MSN says it's a good city to raise a family with a beautiful downtown, lots of parks and historic areas.
