SKIATOOK, Okla. (AP) -- Environmental officials are working to clean up an oil spill in a tributary of Lake Skiatook. The lake is used to provide some of Tulsa's drinking water and the Environmental Protection Agency says the water has not been affected.
An EPA report also says there doesn't appear to be any damage to fish and birds in the area.
EPA documents say the oil leaked out of storage tanks at Tall Grass Petroleum in Skiatook and was washed by heavy rains into a tributary of Eagle Creek.
