Transformer Falls On Van

No one was injured when a power transformer on a utility pole fell on a vehicle Wednesday. 

The incident happened behind the Warehouse Market at 31^st and Sheridan. 

Tulsa Fire says a utility pole snapped and the transformer on the pole fell to the ground striking and crushing a van. 

The transformer started leaking oil and PSO was called in to clean up the mess. 

The downed transformer caused a power outage to several nearby businesses.
