There are new developments in the investigation into a piece of a headstone tossed from a highway overpass.

Gerald Webb was critically injured after that headstone slammed through the windshield of his semi.  It happened last week along the Cherokee Turnpike west of Locust Grove.

Oklahoma Highway Patrol investigators have several people of interest in the case.  They say two are juveniles whose names aren't being released.  They say a third is 20-year-old Jeremy McGirt of Locust Grove.

Investigators want to talk to him about the case.  Anyone with information on how to locate McGirt is urged to call the Oklahoma Highway Patrol at 918-256-3388.

Meanwhile, a trust fund has been established for the injured driver, Gerald Webb.  The fund was established at Arvest Bank.  Donations can be made at any branch to the Gerald Webb Family Trust.
