Plane Lands In A Field

A single-engine airplane made an emergency landing in a field at W. Simmons Rd. and MacArthur Blvd. in Logan County Friday morning.  

This is the second small plane that has made an emergency landing in the Oklahoma City area in two days.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports no one aboard the airplane was injured. 

On Thursday, the pilot of another single-engine airplane made an emergency landing in a wheat field northwest of the same rural Oklahoma City airport.  That pilot was also not injured.
