Tulsa County prosecutors have charged Alexander Busby with first-degree murder after a deadly case of road rage.
Tulsa Police say Busby stabbed John Hines eight times, twice in the back. Attorneys say Hines cut Busby off on an Interstate highway off-ramp. Then, the two got in a fight outside a convenience store that ended with Hines death.
A first-degree murder conviction can carry the death penalty.
