Gunfire overnight in Tulsa sends two people to a Tulsa hospital and a suspect to the Tulsa County jail.

Tulsa Police officers were called out to the Parkview Terrace Apartments at 61st and Union late Thursday night.

When they got there, police officers found a man who had been shot in the leg.

The victim had apparently got into a disturbance with three men and when he tried to leave, police say one suspect pulled a gun and shot him.  Police say the victim's injuries are not life threatening.

Police located the suspect, identified as 25-year-old Marvin Alexander, in a nearby apartment and arrested him on a complaint of shooting with intent to kill.

Alexander was booked into the Tulsa County jail.

In an unrelated incident, EMSA also transported another shooting victim to a Tulsa hospital overnight.

This one happened around 2:30 a.m. Friday on North 50th Street.

Tulsa Police say two males armed with pistols and wearing dark clothing made their way into a home.  When a resident of the home returned, police say the suspects demanded money.  At this point, the resident and the suspects got into an altercation.  As the resident ran from the home, police say several shots were fired, striking the victim in the arm.

Police say following the shooting, the suspects fled the scene and have not been found.

Tulsa Police are still interviewing people to see what they know about the case.
