Woman's Death Investigated

Tulsa Police continue to investigate the death of a woman found in her apartment.

It happened around 9:30 a.m. Thursday at the Autumn Woods Apartments at 51st and Utica. 

A friend got concerned about the 63-year-old woman so they went to check on her, that is when she was found. 

The state Medical Examiner was called and after he got there decided Tulsa Police homicide detectives should be brought in. 

The woman's name has not been released.
