Doctor Charged With Assault

A  Tulsa doctor faces nine criminal charges after investigators say he attacked cars full of kids with a baseball bat.         

Doctor Richard Cooper is charged with seven counts of assault and battery, and one count each of injury to property, and assault.

The doctor says the teens were harassing him and he thought they were trying to break into his house.

Dr. Richard Cooper's next court date is May 16th.
