Police Run Numerous Leads In Murder

On April 26, Carter Wayne Leach's badly decomposed body was found in the back of a pickup truck parked at the Kick's 66 Truck Stop in Catoosa. Since then, Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation agents and Catoosa Police have run numerous leads on the case.

OSBI investigators believe 33-year-old Leach was last seen on March 28 and was on his way to visit Perry Scott "Scotty" Williams at a Tulsa motel. All efforts to locate the 37-year-old have failed. Agents believe Williams may be accompanied by his girlfriend, 36-year-old Shannon Raye Johnson.

These two individuals are not considered suspects; however, investigators believe they may be able to help give direction to the case.
