Oklahoma Highway Patrol said an apparent case of road rage lead to a single car accident on Sunday. Just before 5 a.m. on Highway 75/244 SB around 2000 South, OHP said the driver of a vehicle traveling at a high-speed, lost control, slammed into a guard rail, and flipped the car.

The four people in the car were taken to the hospital. Their injuries do not appear to be life-threatening.

Traffic was directed off the highway and the Tulsa Fire Department shut down the road just before the bridge over 17 Street. The highway was closed until 5:45 a.m.
