Crews Battle House Fire

Firefighters battled heavy flames at a Tulsa house on Saturday night. The fire broke out in the 4500 block of E 5 Pl around 11:30 p.m.

Firefighters with the Tulsa Fire Department received several calls about the house on fire. When they arrived, flames where shooting from the west end of the home.

Crews say the fire started in a garage that had been converted into a den. This area of the home suffered severe damage.

The house is vacant and no injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is unknown.
