Grape Salad

Ingredients: 

2 lbs red grapes

8 oz fat free cream cheese

8 oz reduced fat sour cream

¼ cup Splenda sugar blend

½ cup Splenda brown sugar blend

¼ cup pecans, chopped

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions: 

  • 1. Wash and dry grapes. Slice them into halves.
  • 2. In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, Splenda sugar blend and vanilla.
  • 3. Add grapes to mixture. Stir until evenly mixed.
  • 4. Sprinkle with brown sugar and pecans.
  • 5. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Yield:   12, ½ cup servings

Nutrition information per serving: 170 calories, 5 gm protein, 28 gm carbohydrate, 1 gm fiber, 4 gm fat with 1 gm saturated, 116 mg sodium.
