Vicki Chiles Gets Life In Prison

A judge agrees with the recommendation of a Tulsa County jury.   Former daycare owner Vicki Chiles will go to prison for life.

Chiles was convicted last month of killing Joshua Minton.  Joshua suffocated after Chiles taped up his mouth during nap time.

The jury that found her guilty of murder recommended life in prison.  On Monday, a judge confirmed that life sentence.
