Judge Charged With Indecent Exposure Back At Work

A Tulsa County district court judge who faces two counts of indecent exposure has returned to work. 

District Court judge Jesse Harris has been re-assigned to the probate division.  He will hear cases involving wills, trusts, estates and guardianships. 

Harris had been handling a felony docket. 

Harris is accused of exposing himself to two women in a motel parking lot. 

His court arraignment is next month.
