A Rogers County judge says a Chelsea home isn't safe for children after a toddler was found dead in the home on Friday.
Marshall Card would have turned 2 on Monday. His three siblings are now in state custody. Their parents say they are not responsible for Marshall's death and say investigators are jumping to conclusions. A candlelight vigil was Tuesday night in memory of Marshall.
The News On 6's Ashli Sims spoke with the child's parents. They're trying to squash suspicions that they intentionally hurt their son.
A hearing in the case was held on Monday. The state Medical Examiner's Office says it could be months before they know how the child died.
