Several bands mixed it up at Cain's Ballroom on Saturday during the 3rd Annual Ballroom Blitz, a crossroads for Tulsa's divergent musical genres.
"There's music that appeals to absolutely everyone. I love Ghosts, the mariachi band was incredible," said Andrea Webb.
"Tulsa has quite a variety; every genre is represented in Tulsa. Lots of good music and it's all in one place," said Davit Souders, of Diabolical Productions.
"The crowd loves it. You get the chance to kind of clean the palate of your ear so to speak. You go in one room and hear a rock-and-roll band, go in the other room, next thing you know it's a relaxing mariachi band. So, I think it's pretty neat," said Tony Kirby, Black Wednesday's guitarist.
