A Norman man faces a felony charge after posting threatening signs on the University of Oklahoma campus.

Robert Anderson was arrested on Saturday in connection with signs that said in part, "On April 21ST, 2008, all operations at O-U Norman will cease.  As of this date, the free university known as the Happy Nihilist University will begin."

Anderson was also arrested in 1994 after bursting into the office of then OU President Richard Van Horn.  He had to be restrained and later pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges.
