A Tulsa investor has bought Ford's automotive and architectural glass business.
Automotive Components Holdings was created by Ford in 2005 when it re-acquired 17 Visteon plants, including one in Tulsa.
Robert Price has purchased the Tulsa plant as well as one in Nashville, Tennessee and a subsidiary in Mexico.
AGH Glass has about 1,600 employees.
No word on what Price paid for the company.
