There are few clues into the shooting of a woman outside her Tulsa apartment Sunday evening.
Tulsa Police say the shooting happened at about 9:30 p.m. in the 4300 block of East 66th Street.
Police say the woman was shot through a window, with the bullet striking the woman in the neck and back.
Police officers have not been able to talk to the victim so they don't have a suspect description. Police say the victim's injuries are not life threatening.
Authorities are still investigating what happened.
