A 14-year-old Tulsa girl, accused of killing another girl over an ex-boyfriend, could be charged as an adult. Detectives plan to hand the case over to prosecutors on Wednesday morning.
Police say the girl stabbed 13-year-old Sydney Dailey to death outside her home on North Boston Saturday night.
Under Oklahoma law, a juvenile, as young as 13, must be charged as an adult if prosecutors decide to file a first degree murder charge.
Both teens were students at Madison Middle School. The victim's parents say the suspect had bullied their daughter in the past.
