Suspect Wanted In Murder Case

An arrest warrant for first degree murder has been issued for 28-year-old Jimmy Glen Hendrix.  Tulsa Police homicide detectives say he is suspected in the death of Jonathan "Jerrod" Young.  Young was shot to death at the Brandywine Apartments.

Hendrix was last seen in the Okmulgee area and may be with 20-year-old Derek Long, who is a person of interest in the murder case.

Investigators say Hendrix was last seen in an older model red sports car loaded down with blue plastic totes.  They say both men should be considered armed and dangerous.

Anyone with information about Long or Hendrix should contact their local police department.
