Man Recovering After Shot In Neck

A drive-by shooting on Sunday sends one man to the hospital. The shooting happened around 11:20 p.m. in the 4600 block of North Boulder. Officers with the Tulsa Police Department say a car driving southbound on Boulder fired 15 to 20 shots into a group of at least three men.

Brandon Rubble, 18, was shot in the neck. He was taken to the hospital and is expected to survive.

Police do not have a description of the car.
