As crews with the Tulsa Fire Department fought to put out flames on Sunday morning at a home at East 51st Place North, the fire spread to the house next door. That's when a second crew was called to the scene.
The fire started around 6 a.m. Both fires were put out and the homes were searched. Nobody was inside either home at the time of the fire and no injuries have been reported.
Crews estimate damages at about $50,000 to the home where the fire started and $20,000 for the one next door.
Officials are investigating the cause of the fire.
