A Rogers State University student's court arraignment has been rescheduled for later this month.
24-year-old Tywone Parks was due to be arraigned Thursday in Rogers County District Court on charges stemming from an investigation into an incident last month at a Claremore apartment complex.
Claremore Police arrested Tywone Parks last week after they found a disturbing journal that included a plan to kill someone. Claremore Police went to Parks' off-campus apartment after students accused him of leaving a severed dog's head on their doorstep and making bizarre comments to them.
The charges include conspiracy to perform act of violence and outraging public decency.
The new court date is March 19. Parks bond remains at $750,000.
