Tulsa Students Receive New Playground

Some Tulsa students are getting a new place to play.  And, the announcement at Walt Disney Elementary came with another special surprise, Mickey Mouse himself.  Radio Disney donated $5,000 on Wednesday toward a new playground.

The kids wanted a dinosaur playground and even helped design it.

Radio Disney says it hopes it can be a good example to other area businesses.

"We just hope that maybe some other corporations might get involved with their schools and help out our next generation because this is what we're all about, our kids," said Radio Disney Station Manager Barbara Jacoby.
