Judge Rules Against Mayor's Appeal

Bartlesville Mayor Ron Nikkel will not be getting his job back.  Nikkel was voted out of office last month in a 3-to-1 decision by the city council.

The ousted mayor appealed the vote in court.  On Monday, a judge ruled against Nikkel's appeal.

City Council member Tom Gorman was already voted the new Mayor by the council.
