Alorica In Need Of Filling Jobs

Tulsa's Alorica needs to fill some jobs.  The company offers in-bound tech support to companies around the world.  Managers tell The News On 6 they hire everyone at entry level positions, but all of its promotions are made internally.

The company says its re-investing $2 million in profits to employees beginning next month.

"What that allowed us to do is basically create a whole new pay structure that will go in place March 10th. It's going to increase starting wages and in that it's going to give people the opportunity for two pay raises a year," said Joe DeSotel, Alorica.

Alorica is in the CityPlex Towers.

Their next job fair will be next Tuesday.
